Don Hamilton
Interm Lead Pastor
Dr. Don Mark Hamilton brings decades of faithful pastoral leadership, visionary ministry, and heartfelt preaching to Fork Christian Church during our interim season. After serving for 38 years as Lead Pastor of Vibrant Christian Church in Pennsylvania—guiding it from a small gathering of 40 to a thriving, multi-generational church of over 1,300—Dr. Hamilton offers wisdom shaped by experience, humility, and a deep love for the local church.
A gifted communicator, author, and mentor, his messages are both inspiring and practical, calling people to live Spirit-led, purpose-filled lives while grounding them in hope and truth. We are grateful for his steady leadership and look forward to learning from a pastor whose life and ministry reflect a passion for God, people, and communities transformed by Christ.

Ben Cantler
Student Pastor
I’m Ben, and I’m the Student Pastor here at Fork Christian Church! I’m a devoted husband to my amazing wife Laura, and proud Superdad to my daughter and son. I’m a huge movie lover, which anyone could guess after a quick conversation with me, since I tend to jump into enthusiastic, descriptive rants about films, blurting out favorite quotes or tossing out anecdotes as if I were living inside the story myself. I have over two decades of experience in youth ministry, and it is both my calling and my passion. I love walking with students, teaching them about the life-changing hope that Jesus offers, journeying with them through these formative years, and building relationships that continue long after they graduate. At any given moment, I’m probably saving up for my next trip to Disney World.

Nick Smith
Worship and Media Arts Pastor
I joined the staff at FCC in 2018 and currently serve as the Worship and Media Arts Pastor. I have the privilege of overseeing all things music and tech, and I get to work alongside some incredible people each week who use the creative gifts God has given them to serve His church.
Music has always been a passion of mine. There’s something uniquely powerful about it—how it brings us together and gives voice to things we can’t always put into words. When that expression is combined with the truth of who God is, His unfailing love for us, and His grace toward us, it creates meaningful and powerful ways for us to worship Him.
I’ve been married to my amazing wife, Dana, since 2007, and together we have two wonderful kids and one pretty great pup. Our family is originally from Virginia but we are proud to call Maryland home! As a family, our greatest desire is to see people meet Jesus and follow Him faithfully, and we’re incredibly grateful to get to be part of that story within the community at FCC.

Ashley Wangen
Children's Pastor
Hey all! My name is Ashley, and I’m the Children’s Pastor here at Fork. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, I have a huge heart for Children’s Ministry. I believe this ministry, though often overlooked, plays a vital role in shaping the next generation. One of the most rewarding aspects is witnessing not just the impact on the children but also on the volunteers and parents. It’s incredible to see parents choosing to come to church because their 4th grader is shining the light of Jesus so brightly or volunteers growing deeper in their faith after a 1st grader asks a tough question about God. When I’m not enjoying the best job in the world, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking, baking goodies (I’m known for my banana bread!), reading, or dancing. I hope you’ll come and experience the joy of being here at Fork and the love we have for the next generation. Hope to see you soon.

Andrew Fross
Groups and Missions Pastor
Hi, I'm Andrew and I get to serve as the Groups & Missions Pastor at FCC! My greatest passion is helping people experience the love of Jesus by living on mission in community. My beautiful wife Lauren, our three kids Amelia, Alexis, and Logan, and I love adventure, making friends, and rooting for Boston sports teams. We would love to meet you!

Jill Hartsock
Church Administrator
Greetings! I’m Jill, the Church Administrator at FCC. Alongside my wonderful husband, Jon, and our two amazing kids, Nicholas and Sarah, we’ve been part of the FCC family for eight years. With two decades of experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator in the medical field, my passion lies in serving the church community. Currently pursuing my MAC, I aspire to become a biblical counselor. I enjoy hanging out with my family, playing cards with friends, and binging medical shows with my daughter Sarah.

Harold Wells
Facilities Manager
Hey there! I’m Harold, the Facilities Manager at Fork Christian Church. I’ve been a member here for over 25 years. I have extensive experience in the construction and landscaping businesses, and currently own a lawn and landscaping company. My wife and I have three sons, a daughter, and three grandchildren. I’m an avid Ravens fan and enjoy watching the game with a group of guys who have been watching football together for over 20 years. I enjoy hosting backyard barbecues and for stress relief, I enjoy challenging the staff to rounds of ping pong.

Mary Iwancio
Facilities Associate
Hi, I’m Mary Iwancio and I am the Facilities Associate working alongside Harold Wells. My husband Phil and I live in Monkton. We have two grown children and a wonderful grandson. I worked for Baltimore County before starting my own cleaning/organizing business. I love my church, the people in it and the wonderful staff that I get to work with. I am so blessed that I work at a job where I am able to put my God given talents of cleaning and organizing to use to help maintain the various buildings that make up the FCC campus. I enjoy finding new ways to serve in and around the church. When not at work you will find me spending time with my family, camping or on a beach somewhere.
