Don Hamilton

Dr. Don Mark Hamilton brings decades of faithful pastoral leadership, visionary ministry, and heartfelt preaching to Fork Christian Church during our interim season. After serving for 38 years as Lead Pastor of Vibrant Christian Church in Pennsylvania—guiding it from a small gathering of 40 to a thriving, multi-generational church of over 1,300—Dr. Hamilton offers wisdom shaped by experience, humility, and a deep love for the local church.

A gifted communicator, author, and mentor, his messages are both inspiring and practical, calling people to live Spirit-led, purpose-filled lives while grounding them in hope and truth. We are grateful for his steady leadership and look forward to learning from a pastor whose life and ministry reflect a passion for God, people, and communities transformed by Christ.

Ben Cantler

I’m Ben, and I’m the Student Pastor here at Fork Christian Church! I am a loving husband to my beautiful wife Laura, and Superdad to my adorable daughter Macie. I’m a huge fan of movies, which anyone could guess after a quick conversation with me as I tend to go into random descriptive rants about films, blurting out my favorite quotes or throwing out anecdotes as if I were in the movie myself. I have over a decade of experience in youth ministry, and it is my calling and my passion. I love working with students, teaching them about the life-changing message that Jesus offers them, walking with them through these formative years in their lives, and maintaining those friendships long after they’ve left. At any given point in time, I’m saving up money to go to Disney World.

Nick Smith

Hey, I’m Nick and I joined the staff at Fork Christian Church at the end of 2018. I am passionate about helping people connect with Jesus, and I love how music and creativity can be a powerful way to connect with Him and experience His creativity that’s evidenced in our lives and stories. My wife Dana and I have been best friends for nearly two decades and she rocks being the best Mom to our two kids Micah and Kendall! We love spending time together enjoying the little things, eating food (that preferably we don’t have to cook ourselves), drinking coffee brewed from home (because we’re that picky) and all things Jeep (even our kids will tell you what color they’ll own one day).

CHILDREN’S PASTOR

Ashley Wangen

Hey all! My name is Ashley, and I’m the Children’s Pastor here at Fork. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, I have a huge heart for Children’s Ministry. I believe this ministry, though often overlooked, plays a vital role in shaping the next generation. One of the most rewarding aspects is witnessing not just the impact on the children but also on the volunteers and parents. It’s incredible to see parents choosing to come to church because their 4th grader is shining the light of Jesus so brightly or volunteers growing deeper in their faith after a 1st grader asks a tough question about God. When I’m not enjoying the best job in the world, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking, baking goodies (I’m known for my banana bread!), reading, or dancing. I hope you’ll come and experience the joy of being here at Fork and the love we have for the next generation. Hope to see you soon.

Andrew Fross

Hi! My name is Andrew and I love connecting people to God, to other people, and to the mission (Matthew 28:18-20). Some of my favorite things involve discovery and exploration… I’m always on the lookout for new things! Whether that’s finding the best “lobstah” rolls across the New England coast, hiking a new mountain summit, or the next cross-cultural experience. My wife Lauren and I along with our two daughters, Amelia & Alexis originally moved from New Hampshire where God began our ministry journey over a decade ago. We love adventure, making friends, and rooting for Boston sports teams! Above all, my greatest passion is sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with others through loving service and community.

Greetings! I’m Jill, the Church Administrator at FCC. Alongside my wonderful husband, Jon, and our two amazing kids, Nicholas and Sarah, we’ve been part of the FCC family for eight years. With two decades of experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator in the medical field, my passion lies in serving the church community. Currently pursuing my MAC, I aspire to become a biblical counselor. I enjoy hanging out with my family, playing cards with friends, and binging medical shows with my daughter Sarah.

Facilities Manager

Harold Wells

Hey there! I’m Harold, the Facilities Manager at Fork Christian Church. I’ve been a member here for over 25 years. I have extensive experience in the construction and landscaping businesses, and currently own a lawn and landscaping company. My wife and I have three sons, a daughter, and three grandchildren. I’m an avid Ravens fan and enjoy watching the game with a group of guys who have been watching football together for over 20 years. I enjoy hosting backyard barbecues and for stress relief, I enjoy challenging the staff to rounds of ping pong.

Mary Iwancio

Hi, I’m Mary Iwancio and I am the Facilities Associate working alongside Harold Wells. My husband Phil and I live in Monkton and have been members of Fork Christian Church for 3 years. I have two grown children and a wonderful grandson. I worked for Baltimore County before starting my own
cleaning/organizing business. I recently joined the staff where I put my God given talents of cleaning and organizing to use to help maintain the various buildings that make up the FCC campus. I enjoy finding new ways to serve in and around the church.
When not at work you will find me spending time with my family, camping or on a beach somewhere.
